Project: Sleepless

This is so much fun! If I can not sleep, I read, if I´m cold, I put more pages on me, if not, I take them off, I love it!!! The sleepless project is a collaboration of the Royal College of Arts students, this one in particular is from Tiago da Fonseca.

Um...is ladylike back? Just when we grow accustomed to junk-coloured garb and carpeted gilets, she sends out purposefully cumbersome circle skirts in bleached out floral prints, fruit-coloured cashmere knits, and embellished Mary Janes. It was akin to sweet dessert with heaps of candied cherries on top - after all, Miuccia is never one to shake hands with the expected. Unless it becomes the unexpected, that is.

重感冒

最近天氣多變化~~

連笑都只能乾笑 (因為笑不出聲)
最可怕的是因為鼻塞
吃東西都沒啥味道啦!
晚上還差點被自己的鼻水淹死
唉小小的感冒就讓我很難受
身體健康真的很重要

色彩夏日今夏流行彩妝

要擁抱可愛的夏日，便要趕緊為粉臉撲上色彩。但夏日的色彩如此豐富，我們應該如何去選擇呢？

步驟1：潤膚
潤膚是上彩妝第一步，也是決定妝容好壞和持久與否的關鍵。方法是將潤膚露塗抹整臉，尤其應在易乾部位如鼻翼兩側、T字部位和眼底眼角加厚。

步驟2：粉底
粉底刷是上粉底最好工具，它能確保粉底遮蓋力和均勻度。刷完底層後可用三角海綿進一步塗抹均勻。

步驟3：遮瑕膏(concealer)
遮瑕膏能幫助進一步遮蓋臉部暗沉和瑕疵部位，刷在眼瞼上，一方面改善膚色，另一方面可以讓眼影的色彩更突出。其他上遮瑕膏的部位還包括嘴角、下巴和眼底。但眼底需要等到眼影上完後才塗抹。

步驟4：散粉
散粉可幫助進一步均勻粉底，並且給予膚色一種拋光感。上散粉，使用大刷子較粉撲更好。
不過，化妝刷需要經常清洗才能保證其效用，一般一周需洗一次，使用柔和的皂液即可，也可購買專門的化妝刷清洗液。

步驟5：眉毛
眉粉或眉筆均適合，視乎個人習慣。不過一般來說，眉粉看起來更自然。畫完後可以略用一點睫毛膏輕刷，以增加立體感。

步驟6：眼影
今夏，任何帶珠光的淡色(sheer)都堪稱時尚之色，而淡粉紅和淡紫則尤其受人歡迎。
珍珠色作為底色，刷滿整個眼眶，包括眉骨處；然後使用淡粉色為主色，覆蓋眼瞼部位。

步驟7：眼線
畫眼線的眼線筆和眼線液都很好用，但考慮到不破壞模特兒的青春氣質，Jason使用了相同的眉粉來畫眼線，以達到自然與和諧的整體效果。

步驟8：睫毛膏
將眼瞼輕輕提起，刷上睫毛膏，尤其在刷睫毛根部時略略用力。

步驟9：遮瑕膏
待眼部的妝都完成，使用一把乾淨的刷子，將落在眼底的眼影刷去，就可以在眼底刷上遮瑕膏，以遮蓋黑眼圈和眼角細紋。除使用刷子外，也可以用無名指輕輕拍開遮瑕膏，最後上一些散粉就可以了。

i dont feel good today

ugh....... i dont feel good today......when i woke up this morning....after i finished brushing my teeth..i felt my stomach was trumbling and made me threw up......and my head is aching ..........in one word.....i dont FEEL GOOD, i dont even have any energy....and my back is hurting....my elbow and knee are hurting...and sored tooo.......ugh.......what wrong of me?? and i am still here at work...... Vincent told me not to go to work today at all...but i insisted that i am okay.........who knows......i threw up 2 more times at work again.....ugh....... HEADACHE........ imma gonna leave the work at 1pm....and since Vincent is coming to see me today i'll just ask him to go home with me..... jesus!! i am really not feeling well..... is it becuz i didnt sleep well lately? that is why i'm all tired and exhaust??

Strawberry Banana Smoothies

Ingredients
4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 medium banana, sliced
1 6-ounce carton vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 cup ice cubes
1 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced (optional)

Directions
1.Put strawberries, banana, and yogurt into a blender; cover and blend until smooth. With blender running, add ice cubes, one at a time, through hole in the lid; blend until smooth. Pour into 8 small glasses. If desired, garnish with kiwifruit; serve immediately. Makes 8 (about 1/2-cup) servings.

根據dpreview論壇網站 George Kontos 指出， Popular Photography 雜誌的 Coming Distractions 專題報導， Sony將要出兩款新的DSLR。 根據dpreview論壇網站 George Kontos 指出， Popular Photography 雜誌的 Coming Distractions 專題報導， Sony將要出兩款新的DSLR。 文中指出，專題作者 McMamara 說： 其中一台將會是Sony DSLR中的頂級機種，而另一台是目前 α-100的昇級機種， 而這兩台其中一台將會在2007年上市。其中帶加引頸期盼的 full-time live preview， 也有可能加入此次新機中，成為第二台擁有全程即時預覽的DSLR機種。

My Sister's Keeper - 姊姊的守護者

這本書是今年早前我看完的， 雖然結局有點戲劇化，可是我看了還是蠻有感觸的，書的內容是講一位有著得絕症姊姊的妹妹，妹妹出生的目的，就是為了提供各項身體器官的需求給姊姊，當姊姊有需求時，妹妹就必須供應，捐獻過程是痛苦的本書寫的，就是這其中的各種情感糾葛，痛苦與矛盾。
